国际实验室近日在美国能源之星官网上得知，2017年7月31日， 美国EPA（Environmental Protection Agency）更新发布了Computer Servers标准第3版Draft2。

当前美国能源之星Computer Servers采用的标准是2016年4月20日生效的2.1版。

美国能源之星Computer Servers标准第3版Draft2是继第3版Draft1发布后（2016年8月12日），EPA在集合欧盟委员会、能源效率联合会、IBM、Lenovo等机构和厂商的反馈和意见，最终确定的标准草案，

对这一草案提出意见的最后期限是2017年8月28日。

1、适用范围排除Computer Servers shipped with Integrated APAs。

2、提高Computer Servers所用Power Supply的效率要求和功率因素要求。

3、提出了Active state模式下的能效要求，按照规定公式计算的能效值有最小要求。

4、针对Idle State能效要求章节，把resilient server的分类移除，并把Base Idle State Power Allowance的分类从5种减少到3种（如下所示），但是resilient server的Idle State Efficiency Criteria 仍需测试及上报EPA。

5、将Additional Idle Power Allowance中大于4GB的Installed memory的津贴降到0.125W/GB。
